• Drive client retention by providing daily support around job architecture and platform experience
• Clean and analyze compensation data using Excel and internal software
• Ensure fulfillment of client compensation data submission obligations
• Engage in projects delivering job matching and benchmarking services
• Promote product and service awareness to clients
