In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze customer behavior and product purchase patterns to enhance customer satisfaction and improve acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, operations, and CRM teams to provide insights and promote data-driven decision-making.
- Handle large datasets using tools like SQL, Python, and R to implement predictive analytics.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management.
- Develop a strong understanding of company products, systems, and stakeholder relationships.

This role requires you to have:
- Degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in coding with SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong numeracy, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills for presentations to senior management.
