In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, interactions, and processes to enhance satisfaction and business growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and CRM teams to promote data insights usage.
• Engage with large data sets, developing skills in predictive analytics, SQL, Python, R, and PowerBI.
• Present findings to senior management.
• Build product and system knowledge and establish stakeholder relationships.
