In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and maintain sales data and customer activity reports for management and sales teams.
• Develop and enhance dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Provide analytical reports to support management decision-making.
• Enhance and maintain tools using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Identify and resolve customer data issues and assist in CRM data cleansing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support team objectives.
