Auxo Group, a leader in global technology, is hiring a Customer Experience Analyst to bolster their Service & Automation Team. The selected analyst will focus on market trend analysis and develop verification strategies to elevate customer satisfaction. The team strives for continuous quality improvements aligning with user feedback and market changes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify risks and issues.
  • Develop software verification strategies based on market data.
  • Propose customer experience improvements using real-time user data.
  • Manage and optimize market analysis tools and verification processes.
  • Collaborate with global QA and CS teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Report findings and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

  • Proven experience in customer experience analysis.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving, logical thinking, and communication skills.

You would benefit from having:

  • Korean language proficiency preferred for communication with South Korean colleagues.
  • Experience with customer feedback management or VOC analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with analysis tools and frameworks.
