AVASK Global Compliance, a rapidly growing firm specializing in international VAT and tax accounting, seeks an experienced Data Analyst. This role is crucial in supporting their data strategies, influencing data-driven decisions, and enhancing efficiency across the organization. The Data Analyst will report to the Head of Operations, working within a dynamic team to uphold data accuracy and integrity.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert on organizational data.
• Present findings and insights tailored to various audiences.
• Collaborate with Financial and Operational teams on data-driven activities.
• Extract, transform, and prepare data using tools like Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or SQL.
• Manage and improve existing data processes and identify new opportunities.
• Support data governance initiatives and best practices.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency with large datasets from CRM systems like D365 CE, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Experience with data from ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or D365 BC.
• Advanced skills in Excel & Power Query and strong SQL proficiency.
• Understanding of data relationships and models.

You would benefit from having:

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of data warehousing and cloud storage.
