AWE is seeking two Data Engineers/Analysts to join their IS Modernisation team. Located between Reading and Basingstoke, this role allows for in-depth participation in significant projects and solutions that address key internal challenges. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Learn to use industry-recognized data integration software.
• Design and implement data solutions with the Foundry platform.
• Lead high-stakes projects with small teams, ensuring end-to-end execution.
• Participate in engineering discussions to develop solutions.
• Manage large-scale data to ensure quality and usability.
• Create web applications for data access and analysis.
• Collaborate in a dynamic environment with both technical and non-technical teams.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong background in engineering or analytics, ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science/Analytics.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
