Data Management Engineer

This role supports Aztec's Five-Year Plan to elevate client experiences and drive organizational growth through robust data management and governance. The successful candidate will collaborate across IT, finance, and operations to maintain high-quality master data systems.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design the target architecture for Master Data in alignment with business needs and governance.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to align data requirements with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate benefits and demand for data solutions.
• Develop technical solutions for data entry, approval, and maintenance.
• Configure front-end systems to ensure high-quality data entry.
• Develop pipelines and data integrations from ADP to core systems.
• Support master data integration across systems like Salesforce and Workday.
• Assist in data migration and transformation projects.
• Train and support end-users in data management best practices.
• Implement data privacy and security protocols.
• Manage Aztec's Client list in Profisee.
• Address data inconsistencies and enhance data quality.
• Implement system upgrades for Master Data tools.

• Strong understanding of Fund Administration business
• Knowledge of data management principles
