Bakkavor is committed to growth and innovation, constantly evolving and diversifying. The Finance Data Analyst role is integral to the FP&A team, focusing on Business Data and Reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of company intelligence systems, supporting the overall business strategy.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, cleanse, and consolidate ESG data for robust monthly reporting.
• Review historical data to prevent lost or duplicated data.
• Address potential data discrepancies and ensure accuracy in reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain reports for ESG and other key data sets for Group reporting.
• Explain monthly data movements and correct any discrepancies prior to a sign-off meeting.
• Propose strategies and solutions, including tool and system preferences.
• Build cross-functional relationships to meet reporting needs and support decision-making.
• Maintain and enhance SOPs for data reporting processes.
• Align master data with monthly reports and investigate any historical changes.
• Liaise with information systems team to optimize data system performance and respond to system queries.
• Oversee updates to the BI system and compare data sets to support decision-making.
