Product Office Analyst

Barclays is looking for a Product Office Analyst to enhance their strategic initiatives and tackle complex challenges faced by senior leaders. This position is crucial in supporting change delivery managers and ensuring project alignment with strategic objectives. Based in either Northampton or Knutsford, this role offers an exciting opportunity to influence decision-making and contribute to policy development.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support change delivery managers in ensuring program compliance with Barclays Control Framework.
• Develop and implement standardized PMO processes aligned with governance standards.
• Monitor and report on project performance, tracking progress and identifying issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate project governance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide change management framework training to project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement in project management practices and implement changes.
