This role focuses on driving innovation within Global Transaction Banking, delivering solutions that empower business performance through enhanced data insights. The successful candidate will lead Tableau initiatives and foster a Tableau culture, contributing to significant business improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop innovative Tableau visualisations to communicate complex data insights.
• Collaborate with data experts and stakeholders to align and maximise business impact.
• Cultivate relationships with senior bank stakeholders to uncover additional value through data solutions.
• Promote a culture of Tableau Data Literacy and data democratisation.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and transformation to prepare data for visualisation.
• Create clear, visually appealing data presentations using best practices in visualisation design.
• Document visualisation methodologies and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
