In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning products at scale for BBC audiences.
• Perform hands-on coding and lead architectural design in generative AI systems.
• Conduct code reviews and set technical best practices.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving data science, engineering, and editorial teams.
• Mentor junior colleagues and shape AI community practices within the BBC.
