In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Work with product and analytics teams to identify and resolve issues via experimentation.
- Develop, validate, and prioritize a series of tests using data insights.
- Apply experimental design principles to project guidelines.
- Calculate and convey key statistical metrics to product teams.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in experiments.
- Communicate experimental results to product and wider BBC teams.
- Improve experimentation platform capabilities with the platforms team.
- Research and cultivate best practices in experimentation.
- Draft internal training materials on experimentation.
- Support fast-paced iterative procedures in a large data environment.
- Build networks around data-driven product development.
- Promote the significance of experimentation in BBC's data strategies.
