In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Work with product and analytics teams to identify and resolve issues via experimentation.
• Develop, validate, and prioritize a series of tests using data insights.
• Apply experimental design principles to project guidelines.
• Calculate and convey key statistical metrics to product teams.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in experiments.
• Communicate experimental results to product and wider BBC teams.
• Improve experimentation platform capabilities with the platforms team.
• Research and cultivate best practices in experimentation.
• Draft internal training materials on experimentation.
• Support fast-paced iterative procedures in a large data environment.
• Build networks around data-driven product development.
• Promote the significance of experimentation in BBC's data strategies.
