This position is integral to managing compliance and regulatory reports, driving data innovation, and ensuring quality across multiple regions. Applicants will contribute to the transformation into a digital company while enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of Beazley's data practices.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as a key data management representative for projects and strategic initiatives.
• Own and develop a portfolio of automated data reports and enhancements.
• Advise on best practices and challenge existing data systems and processes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the report development lifecycle.
• Build trusted data models using SQL data pipelines and submit regulatory reports.
• Design and build reports using advanced visualization tools.
• Identify and address product and capability constraints with stakeholders.
• Champion Data Quality and Governance best practices across all projects.
• Present findings to Regulatory Review Committees.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in regulatory and compliance reporting for the insurance industry.
• Understanding of the Lloyd’s market and/or Central Bank of Ireland.
• Strong technical skills in data wrangling, analysis, and model development.
• Proven data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication abilities at all organizational levels.
