The Project & Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in the HR Strategy & Transformation team, crucial for driving change and implementing strategic HR solutions. This role supports the HelloSuccess program and the Organisational Design team, helping Bentley fulfil its ambition for digital transformation within HR.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects and track progress using agreed methodologies.
• Assist Bentley Hub leads in monitoring and reporting project delivery.
• Facilitate Hub communications across all relevant entities.
• Support the Organisational Design team with project monitoring, data analysis, and administration.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in program and project management within HR or people functions.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellence in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with SharePoint and strong content creation skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to manipulate data for reporting purposes.
