The role is pivotal in managing financial and operational data, ensuring precise reporting, and supporting the helpdesk function. The FM Data Analyst is integral to optimizing contract performance and delivering critical insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance and contract teams to provide precise data analysis and reporting.
• Oversee financial and operational data for helpdesk activities and produce regular reports.
• Manage work and purchase orders, ensuring financial alignment and compliance.
• Act as the primary contact for data and finance inquiries from teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain organized records.
• Identify trends in data to recommend process improvements and support AWS system refinement.
• Provide support for financial and data queries to internal and external parties.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills in financial contexts.
• High accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with Elogbooks or similar CAFM systems.
• Knowledge of data and financial processes in facilities management.
