In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the Data Analytics capabilities by selecting tools and defining processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership and management for standardized and ad-hoc reporting
- Deliver advanced analytics and insights to various business units
- Choose appropriate analytical solutions for varying problems
- Work closely with teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions
- Present and advocate work to support data-driven decisions
- Manage and maintain dashboards with tools like Power BI
- Analyze data to identify business trends and opportunities with statistical methods
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development in reporting technologies

This role requires you to have:
- Proven data analysis experience
- Strong technical knowledge of SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset
