They are currently looking for a dedicated Account Data Analyst to join their dynamic team in Corby.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, retrieval, and maintain databases while compiling reports.
• Support site operations by managing client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze site KPIs and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Prepare and support various business reports including WBR, MBR, and QBR.
• Manage and meet client expectations, prioritizing client service.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transport management to enhance stock accuracy and service.
• Coordinate with warehouse management for operational adjustments based on client-led changes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, quality, and capacity growth.
• Train operational key holders on SLA executions and processes.
• Take on additional site and company duties as needed.
