The A&R Data Analyst role is pivotal in identifying and signing new talent using data-driven insights from social media and technology.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify potential artists for New Recordings through social media and technology.
• Collaborate with investment and legal teams to negotiate artist deals.
• Support the SVP in addressing artists' recording requirements.
• Maintain relationships with industry contacts to stay informed of competitor signings.
• Oversee and manage signed projects and artist campaigns.
• Attend relevant internal meetings for New Recordings.
• Oversee label copy for A&R Managers' roster.
• Manage travel arrangements for A&R Manager.
