• Translate business issues into data stories and determine technical solutions.
• Adopt and propose data analytics approaches for better efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering peers on project data needs.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure data quality.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate complex analysis effectively.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
