The role requires collaboration with various functions to deliver analytics and insights, supporting smarter business strategies. As part of the Operational Analytics team, the successful candidate will contribute to the team's objectives of agility, continuous improvement, and personal development.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to understand and meet reporting and analytics expectations.
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships across the organization.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into tools like Power BI and Alteryx.
  • Support live infrastructure maintenance for data and analytics.
  • Foster a self-serve culture by developing data capabilities across the business.
  • Assist in delivering long-term business objectives and team development support.

This role requires you to have:

  • Advanced experience with Power BI and other Microsoft tools.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Azure DataBricks, Python, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in statistical and commercial analytics techniques.
  • Experience in data modeling and impact analysis.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

You would benefit from having:
