In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable Generative AI products
• Take technical ownership of BCG’s global Staffing applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document designs
• Develop AI and Machine Learning models for business applications
• Implement LLM models and frameworks
• Deploy optimization algorithms for operational performance enhancement
• Establish scalable data pipelines with Airflow and Snowflake
• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Oversee stakeholder management and communication

This role requires you to have:

• 7+ years of experience in data science/AI engineering
• Advanced knowledge of Generative AI and machine learning
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with MLOps frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Airflow and Snowflake
• Capability to translate data challenges into business solutions
