In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and deliver analytics to shape organizational and city direction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data products meeting customer needs
• Support performance improvements in services with data analysis
• Utilize Microsoft Stack and Power BI for reporting
• Lead and develop a team of analysts
• Manage information and reporting needs of operational managers
• Contribute to the development of reporting capabilities
