In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather technical requirements.
• Develop datasets and deliver insight-based analysis from strategic data warehouses.
• Collaborate with Operations Hub and Customer Contact teams to maintain data integrity.
• Deliver analyses timely, highlighting risks when necessary.
• Represent the team on various projects as a subject matter expert.
• Coach peers in data teams to enhance the organization's capability.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in a MI data and insight function.
• Competency in SQL programming and advanced Excel, Access, and PowerBI.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights.
• Experience in ETL activities within a customer contact environment.
