The role of Marketing Data Insight Analyst is pivotal in driving the company's aim to be a customer-centric healthcare leader. The successful candidate will work within the Database Marketing Team to support several business units, focusing on data-driven decision-making and data democratisation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Clarify and document business data definitions and requirements.
• Support creation of data models using star schemas.
• Train colleagues in best practices for data assets usage.
• Extract actionable insights for internal customer use.
• Offer tactical recommendations to aid internal goals.
• Quantify value delivered to internal customers.
• Develop dashboards and reports for insights.
• Assist Senior Management and marketing with deliverables.
• Challenge existing data definitions based on insights.
• Communicate results and implications to customers.
• Build collaborative relationships within Bupa.
• Champion data best practices and identify improvement opportunities.

This role requires you to have:

• Hands-on data analysis experience in a commercial setting.
• Experience managing data product development and KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and knowledge of Snowflake.
• Awareness of relational database principles and structures.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate in agile settings.
