Joining the Digital Data & Analytics squad, the role involves driving product development, collaborating with the Product Manager, and mentoring a Product Analyst. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret digital user behavior and customer records to derive insights.
• Develop models to enhance service delivery via digital platforms.
• Perform statistical analyses, including hypothesis testing and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with data engineers for model integration and data accessibility.
• Lead and support a Product Analyst, fostering best practices.
• Design dashboards and visualizations for data trend interpretation.
• Inform departmental and organizational data strategies.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, including libraries like NumPy and Pandas.
• Understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake.
