In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the product, value stream, data, and systems.
• Conduct data and system analysis to enhance product efficacy and efficiency.
• Develop user stories through workshops and design thinking processes.
• Oversee the delivery of backlog items to improve business outcomes.
• Lead the improvement of data quality and standardization.
• Manage system configuration, product releases, and functional reviews.
• Participate in agile scrum teams, implementing repeatable processes.
