• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for real-time insights.
• Analyze employee demographics, performance, engagement, and retention data.
• Utilize data outputs and evolve analytics as the firm grows.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement through detailed HR metric analysis.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data efficiency, integrity, and compliance with GDPR.

This role requires you to have:
