In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide additional support to the team in the delivery of open data.
• Support the administration and development of the Open Data Portal.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and assess open data requests.
• Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions and provide insights into their needs.
• Support the data sharing process by assessing and responding to stakeholder requests.
• Conduct and support the education of data stewards on the data triage process.
• Ensure approvals and signatures on data sharing licenses and governance documents are completed.
• Process open data requests with a focus on transparency and customer service.
• Develop and deliver complex data assets in a beneficial format for stakeholders.
• Develop an understanding of Data Best Practice for Open Data to support Cadent’s Open Data delivery.
• Interact with data owners to understand data sensitivities and limitations.

• Experience in transforming, aggregating, and deriving data within a regulated process.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in preparing and analyzing Geospatial Data and time series data.
• Ability to support understanding of data triage process dimensions and stakeholders’ needs.
• Strong business writing skills and ability to develop processes and procedures.
