In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Improve data quality across tables supporting the Product Lifecycle Catalogue (PLC)
- Create data integrity between the PLC and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Introduce automation to reduce operational toil
- Develop insights and reports for product lifecycle management improvements
- Implement data quality processes and procedures ensuring reliable and trustworthy data
- Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality, lineage, and controls
- Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks for analysis
- Design and build data pipelines for automated data processing
- Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI
- Document data quality findings and recommendations
