Care after Combat is a charity organization looking for a skilled Data Analyst to enhance their data capabilities. The role involves collaborating with a diverse team to ensure robust data management and supporting various departments with data insights. This position requires working closely with the Operations Lead and senior management to drive data quality and compliance across the organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Work with the Operations Lead to provide data analysis for business needs.
• Model, monitor, and improve data quality in databases.
• Provide user support in reporting, compliance, and governance.
• Train and mentor non-technical staff on CRM systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
• Act as the Data Protection Officer for the charity.
• Collaborate on developing data quality standards and improvements.
• Support data migration and system-wide monitoring initiatives.
• Deliver training on effective data structures and reporting.
• Document and troubleshoot analytical and operational projects.

This role requires UK work rights and a full enhanced DBS check. The position involves partaking in a variety of tasks in line with the organization's aims and values. A lone-working policy is in place to ensure staff safety.
