In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage credit control procedures for timely cash collection
• Process electronic payments and remittance advices promptly
• Maintain and improve internal and external communications
• Produce management reports and assist with month-end closures
• Prepare monthly statements for key customers
• Monitor and report on potential bad debts
• Visit customers and branches across the UK as needed
• Participate in procedural escalation to aid debt collection
• Prepare accounts for management review
• Handle invoice preparation, credit notes, and journal adjustments
• Support daily and monthly cash allocations
• Recommend system and procedure improvements
• Comply with health and safety obligations
• Perform additional duties as required
