• Ensure the maintenance and quality audits of data within clinical systems like SystmOne and Nebula.
• Support Primary Care, Mental Health, and Substance Misuse services with data collection and collation.
• Coordinate and monitor Subject Access Requests.
• Provide general administrative support and handle patient data securely.
• Conduct training and support for new staff members.
• Utilize and champion Tableau for data quality reporting.
• Report data quality issues and assist in process improvements.
