The role aims to drive improvements in Housing Property Services through data analysis and the implementation of the Totalmobile ICT system. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support Totalmobile system implementation through workstreams and initiatives
• Conduct data analysis and present findings effectively
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data
• Create data mapping documents and assist in database design
• Develop dashboards and reports for service needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other councils
• Automate data workflows and build data pipelines
• Monitor and ensure data quality within the Total Mobile system
• Develop user guides and train end-users for system adoption
