Chorley Council, in collaboration with South Ribble Borough Council, is seeking a proactive Performance and Data Analyst. This role is vital in supporting strategic insights that aid in the delivery of exceptional services. The position exists to ensure high-quality data management and continuous enhancement across both councils' operations, directly impacting community welfare.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop the Shared Performance Management Framework for both councils.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to maintain data quality.
• Research and analyze data to improve organizational and partnership performance.
• Advise managers and leaders on performance management improvements.
• Support corporate oversight including risk management.
• Improve performance monitoring and reporting methods.
• Lead projects focusing on shared systems and process development.
