CITB, dedicated to supporting the construction industry, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to enhance their data-driven decision-making processes. The role is pivotal within their newly established Digital, Data and Technology Function, positioning the successful candidate at the heart of strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Data, the analyst will collaborate with a variety of teams to ensure the construction sector's workforce is skilled and inclusive.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform advanced statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling for strategic decision support.
• Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Manage data identification, collection, migration, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Clean, manipulate, and aggregate data for comprehensive analysis.
• Present data in user-friendly formats for maximum impact and accessibility.
• Serve as a data expert, advising on strategy, governance, and optimization in complex projects.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree in relevant field with 3-5 years industry experience in data analysis using SQL.
• 4+ years of full-time data analysis experience.
• Leadership experience in large-scale data migration.
• Experience in enterprise-scale operations.
• Knowledge of data projects, including migration, mapping, and modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R programming.
• Experience with Microsoft Data Stack including Azure, Data Factory, PowerBI, and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
