In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Enhance existing machine learning models and deploy them into production
• Develop and operationalize classifiers independently
• Engage in various machine learning tasks such as classification and NLP
• Collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams to discover optimization opportunities
• Conduct deep analysis of Cleo's core operations to propose improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure correct data collection for generating business insights

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in data science or similar roles
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for production-level coding
• Experience in deploying machine learning and deep learning algorithms
• Capability to derive data-driven insights for product decisions
• Expertise in conducting large-scale A/B testing
• Strong communication skills for conveying findings to non-technical stakeholders
