Joining their team involves creating and maintaining high-impact dashboards while collaborating closely with clinical and operational units. The role is central to optimizing performance and supporting strategic objectives through insightful data visualizations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to enhance performance monitoring and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify reporting needs and produce actionable data visualizations.
  • Analyze large datasets to detect trends and formulate concise reports and recommendations.
  • Execute ETL processes for data preparation using SQL and similar tools.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with GDPR and NHS standards.
  • Support predictive modeling and forecasting using statistical data.
  • Work with IT and data engineering to enhance data pipelines.

This role requires you to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Expert knowledge of Tableau, including dashboard creation and data blending.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data operations.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and perform multi-system analysis.
  • Skilled in communicating analytical insights to non-expert audiences.

You would benefit from having:

  • Familiarity with healthcare datasets or NHS reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics and machine learning with R/Python.
