Co-op is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst for their Optimisation Centre to enhance data management and visibility across the business. This role offers the chance to develop skills while engaging in significant business transitions and process optimizations.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Support data owners in delivering high-quality information for operations.
- Act as the data trustee and subject matter expert to establish requirements and assess data quality.
- Utilize triage for resolving business-wide data issues, relaying solutions to data owners.
- Implement process improvements and deliver workshops on recurring issues and trends.
- Conduct data reviews and audits across legacy and SAP systems.
- Develop dashboards and scorecards to enhance data quality.
- Create data accuracy metrics and monitor data quality with relevant tools.
- Collaborate with business process partners to support process alterations.

This role requires you to have:
- Experience with data processes and knowledge of CTS and SAP.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, V-lookups).
- Ability to collaborate across functions and provide excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.
