In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Articulate and present complex data to stakeholders.
  • Develop robust data architecture and pipelines.
  • Produce analytical insights using statistical techniques.
  • Utilize Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
  • Visualize data for clarity and understanding.
  • Design methods for internal data collection.
  • Determine root causes of workforce issues.
  • Create innovative products using agile methodologies.
  • Develop forecasting models for workforce planning.
  • Engage managers to develop workforce plans.
  • Update workforce planning practices and guidance.
  • Perform regular workforce reporting through dashboards.
  • Prepare and deliver workforce data submissions.
