Creative Artists Agency (CAA), a leading entity in global entertainment and sports representation, seeks a Data Analyst for its CAA Sports UK division. Established in 1997, the CAA Base team focuses on professional footballers' career development and requires a data-driven professional who is passionate about football analytics.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex football data to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Design & Analysis team to leverage data insights in documentation.
• Assist in client recruitment and contract negotiations using data analysis.
• Deliver data-driven presentations to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding.
• Stay updated with the latest in football analytics and build relationships with club analysts.
• Enhance processes and workflows in collaboration with Data Scientists.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong analytical skills with a passion for football.
• Experience using football analytics tools and methodologies.
• Prior experience as a data, recruitment, or performance analyst in elite football settings.
• Excellent communication skills in English for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in data manipulation with MS Excel.

You would benefit from having:

• Degree-level education.
• Experience as a football player or coach.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
• Skills in statistical modeling and data visualization, preferably using Python.
