Croydon Council is looking for a forward-thinking HR Data Analyst to join their dynamic HR Operations Team amid an exciting Oracle Cloud system transformation. This role is crucial for enhancing workforce planning and reporting capabilities by managing data for improvements across the council.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Interpret and present accurate data meaningfully to various stakeholders
• Manage data within a corporate HR/Payroll database, adhering to best practices for usage and design
• Apply and model operational concepts, incorporating user and compliance requirements in business systems development
• Communicate effectively with all levels within and external to the Division
• Provide consultancy services to all levels of the Council
• Contribute to complex projects, achieving outcomes within specified timeframes and resource constraints
• Design and re-engineer processes, including process mapping using Microsoft Visio
• Utilize Oracle Cloud or equivalent systems, and business analysis query and reporting software like SAP's Business Objects or Oracle's Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition
