In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for company-wide and department-specific data insight analysis.
• Assist business leaders with tools for collecting and measuring quantitative data, providing qualitative insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to influence strategies and deliver Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Understand and prioritize essential business metrics using various data sources.
• Develop and maintain business planning and reporting tools like dashboards and BI tools.
• Present insights and narratives logically to facilitate actionable recommendations.
• Support client profiling and segmentation activities.
• Work with Transformation and Product teams to enhance efficiency and establish best practices.
• Stay updated on trends in data insight and analysis technologies.
• Commit to continuous improvement and adapt as the role grows.

• Experience in data analytics and insights across multiple functions.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying.
• Ability to present data succinctly and engagingly.
• Knowledge of data insights methodologies and tools, including Google Analytics.
