• Report on product performance to internal committees.
• Advocate for mortgage products within the business.
• Input into marketing and point-of-sale material to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to Conduct Risk Policy and Governance Policy procedures.
• Monitor operational risks to safeguard customer outcomes.
• Support specific projects as agreed with the Product Manager.
• Challenge and improve team processes to boost productivity.
