In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze public molecular datasets, such as genomics and gene expression data.
- Integrate analyzed data with internal datasets for advancing GI disease diagnostics.
- Develop new diagnostic biomarkers and create novel analytical tools.
- Apply statistical and machine learning expertise to molecular datasets.
- Collaborate with internal and external scientists to generate new insights into GI diseases.
- Communicate findings through team reports and scientific publications.

This role requires you to have:
- MSc or PhD in relevant fields such as Bioinformatics or Statistical Genetics.
- Understanding of data science, with academic or industry experience.
- Expertise in human genome sequencing and related data analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
