In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze public molecular datasets, such as genomics and gene expression data.
• Integrate analyzed data with internal datasets for advancing GI disease diagnostics.
• Develop new diagnostic biomarkers and create novel analytical tools.
• Apply statistical and machine learning expertise to molecular datasets.
• Collaborate with internal and external scientists to generate new insights into GI diseases.
• Communicate findings through team reports and scientific publications.

This role requires you to have:

• MSc or PhD in relevant fields such as Bioinformatics or Statistical Genetics.
• Understanding of data science, with academic or industry experience.
• Expertise in human genome sequencing and related data analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
