They are looking for a Data Scientist to bolster the GamesLab team, driving growth through innovative data analytics and management within a diverse and inclusive culture. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Analyse large data sets efficiently with tools such as SQL, Python, and R.
  • Define methodologies and metrics to understand player behaviour.
  • Create impactful dashboards with Power BI or open-source libraries.
  • Support production teams in data collection for comprehensive game data.
  • Provide data analysis throughout the game's lifecycle stages.
  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative data in research reports.
  • Design new tools and methodologies to advance studio innovation.

This role requires you to have:

  • Advanced degrees or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, or AI.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data management.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in developing scripts and data solutions with SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with BI dashboards like PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Ability to handle structured and unstructured data.
