This role in the Applied AI team allows collaboration with clients to aid in the successful application of DataRobot’s offerings, aligning technical expertise to customer goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Demonstrate DataRobot products to stakeholders ranging from data scientists to C-level executives.
• Lead product demonstrations and the Proof Of Value process, quantifying the business impact.
• Translate complex technical processes into business outcomes and provide value-based messaging.
• Guide customers in AI implementation, ensuring the success of use cases.
• Develop Joint Success Plans and lead their execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for AI throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Convert customer feedback into product and service improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in English with additional European languages being beneficial.
• Knowledge of consultative sales processes in the data or analytics field.
• Experience with complex customer organizations.
• Competence in building and implementing AI models.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools.
• Ability to work with Python or R.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
