In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead and build a team of data engineers for Retirement Services.
- Manage third-party suppliers and oversee the transition to an in-house data platform.
- Develop strategic data solutions and architecture using Databricks, Power BI, and AWS.
- Provide hands-on data engineering and technical leadership.
- Engage with stakeholders and manage external contractor teams.
