- Establish KPIs to assess journey performance.
- Create visual performance dashboards for stakeholder review.
- Deliver insights and strategic recommendations through BI dashboards.

This role requires you to have:
- Excellent communication skills with clarity in conveying ideas.
- Track record of successful project management.

- Minimum 6 months in a BI or analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python.
