The Senior Analyst role is critical in managing and curating customer data, leveraging business acumen and data analysis expertise to build and maintain a successful Customer Data Management program.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Advocate for the Customer Data Management program within EMEA ensuring global support and standardization
• Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders in EMEA to launch new processes
• Analyze large data sets, document processes, handle cross-functional collaboration, write requirements, manage escalations, and monitor work queues
• Understand and support existing data quality and governance processes
• Identify and correct data errors to maintain data integrity
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
• Support wider data administration and other teams as necessary

This role requires you to have:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in data analysis and business process development
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data update requests
• Collaborative team player capable of working in a dynamic environment
• Solid understanding of data management practices
